Challenge of the day

Notice Someone

Notice one person who is often left out, quiet or alone. Offer a greeting, a place beside you, or a simple invitation without forcing them to talk.

Ask afterwards

Did I make the person feel welcomed, or did I make them feel watched?

Level up

Try to include someone in a way that protects their dignity and gives them the freedom to say yes or no.

Every episode closes with one of these. In the app they wait for you in the Parents area, so you know what to try that day.

Listen to the whole series, start to finish, in the Qissora app.
